Serving as a builder and sales person for a volume builder and then building in the private sector. Nick has also been a licensed realtor with the state of Texas, Nicks knowledge of design and market studies has made BLB focus on the ever changing custom home market. Passion is not just a word, it’s what separates us from other builders. When envisioning BLB we took experience and finding the best locations in Texas to create the BLB vision. Our designs cross with traditional to modern leanings, our first projects will be designed in a transitional style which encompasses both old and new.
